Office Presence: Greet every client with a professional demeanor and maintain a clear and welcoming office environment.
Client intake: Onboard new clients and ensure they have successfully provided all necessary documents to the CRM Portal.
Digital Maintenance: When the office traffic is low, you will transition to social media scheduling, portal cleanup and ensuring all accepted returns are ready for archiving.
Technical Support: Assist clients in navigating their portals or the IRS website to retrieve historical tax records.
